The blending and preparation of spices is a centuries – old craft and crucial to Indian cuisine. Our traditional dishes are rooted in the soil of Southern and Northern Indian and they are prepared in our restaurant as in our own homes.
Tandoori is an oven made from Indian clay, a simple cooking tool which does many things, like bake bread or roast lamb and chicken which add a unique and special flavor to the food we prepare in it.
